We are at a place in time where we need to recognize and be accountable to the truth that our individual energy and consciousness expands into the group and universal consciousness. As my teacher Guru Singh would say… we need to re-cognize (cognize to perceive, know, or become aware of). The time is now to re-cognize folks! Time to truly see and understand the fabric of our connections to each other and to universal consciousness. Like the old saying, “if you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem”. Right now, we see this showing up all over our Facebook feeds and in our news; the subconscious pouring out all of the judgement, ego and emotion. In this time it is our awareness that is being called upon, the opportunity to re-cognize that the vibration of energy around our words and actions is creating a fabric in which we are all living.
So I am choosing not just for myself but for my community, my family and my country to re-cognize. To become very aware of how my energy affects others and take responsibility for how I express my opinions and beliefs. What it comes down to for me is Faith VS Fear! The two are opposites making it impossible to vibrate in them at the same time. Often, we go back and forth or perhaps walking the line between the two. For me the only option is faith!
I am going to believe in good things coming; I am going to hold space for expansion and truth to continue to be shown. My commitment is to remain conscious of how my words and actions are adding to the universal consciousness of faith or fear. What am I adding to energetically (vibrationally) with my blog, my Facebook and Instagram feed? Am I being part of the solution or part of the problem? You may say to me it is naive to believe that faith is the best option…. and I would say it is naive of us all not to re-cognize how we are individually and collectively setting the vibrational frequency of our reality.
I will stay awake! I will be conscious! I will continue to add to the vibration of light and faith!
